This Quickstart Guide is intended to get you started using the GPS tracking service and the most common tasks:
- Installing the Mobile App
- Configuring the Mobile App

Using the mobile app is strongly recommended, as fast, easy, and the only way you can receive push notifications regarding your vehicles. You can also use ImmoTrack Online with a browser, but you will not receive any notifications in the browser.
¶ Getting Started
¶ Installing the Mobile App
The mobile app is used to access the portal and monitor your tracked vehicles, or receive Alerts and Notifications in the app.
¶ Configuring the Mobile App
You may be asked if you wish to Allow our mobile app to send you notifications on your phone. We recommend you Allow this, especially if you are using our service for security purposes (e.g. theft attempts).
You will then be asked to login to ImmoTrack Online. Enter your Email address and your initial password to Login.
¶ Logging in via to the Mobile App
The very first time you use the Mobile App on a device, you will be asked for your Email address and password. Subsequent logins will happen automatically, and also support using your phone's biometric login if you are ever asked to re-authenticate.
¶ Biometric Login
For Android and iOS, the ImmoTrack GPS app offers Biometric Login (e.g. FaceID, Fingerprint) to login to the Mobile App without having to enter your Email address and password. The biometric authentication request will only appear if your phone determines that your security state has changed enough to warrant re-authentication to our Mobile App.
Biometric Login is a feature of your mobile device (Android or iPhone) and will appear as an option if your mobile device permits this. We recommend using Biometric Login when offered.
¶ Two Factor Authentication
We support Two Factor Authentication (2FA) via One Time Passcodes (OTP) using Authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator. Please follow our video guide for enabling 2FA, and note that 2FA is only required when a password is requested. When using your mobile app day to day, you will not be asked for your 2FA code unless you are also requested to enter your password.
¶ Logging in via a Web Browser
To access the service, simply open https://app.immotrack.online and login with your email address and password, and 2FA token if you have activated 2FA.
Note that you will need your Email Address, passwowrd (and 2FA token if activated) for each login to the web portal. Passkeys and social logins will be offered by ImmoTrack Online later in 2026. We recommend using a good password manager which supports automatic password filling.
