This Quickstart Guide is intended to get you started using the GPS tracking service and the most common tasks:
Note that you do not have to use the Mobile App, and can interact with the Traccar server purely via a Web Browser if you choose to do so.
To access the service, simply browse to https://app.immotrack.online and login with your assigned username and password.
The Mobile application is used to access the portal and monitor your tracked Devices, or receive Alerts and Notifications in the application. The correct application to install is called Traccar Manager and is available on iOS and Android.
Currently, we have not requested development of a customised Traccar client and use the default client. As a result, when you first open the Mobile App you must enter the address of our server.
Enter the server address https://app.immotrack.online and then click the Start button.
You may be asked if you wish to Allow Traccar Manager to send you notifications on your phone. We recommend you Allow this, especially if you are using our service for security purposes (e.g. theft attempts).
You will then be asked to login to Traccar. Enter your Email address and your initial password to Login.
After you have completed your initial login, we ask that you immediately change your password.
To change your password, go to the Map screen in the mobile app and click on the Account button.
When the options appear for “Account” and “Logout”, select the Account option.
When the Account Settings screen appears, enter a new password and click Save.
For Android and iOS, the Traccar Manager app offers Biometric Login (e.g. FaceID, Fingerprint) to automatically login to the Mobile App without having to regularly enter your password.
Biometric Login is a feature of your mobile device (Android or iPhone) and will appear as an option if your mobile device permits this. We recommend using Biometric Login when offered.
